90 Proof | 51% Malted Rye | 49% Malted Barley

This is rye the way we like it. Bold, balanced, and easy to drink.

We use malted rye for big spice and malted barley for natural sweetness and body, giving this whiskey more depth and a smoother texture than your typical rye. Expect classic rye character up front with notes of gingerbread, cinnamon, clove, and caramel, backed by a rich mouthfeel that softens the edges. The finish is warm and just a little oaky, with a subtle hint of red fruit.

It’s great neat, great on ice, and makes one heck of a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
