Our 2026 Bourbon is crafted with 51% Colorado corn from Whiskey Sisters Supply and 49% malted barley, aged in a single new American oak cask, this bourbon delivers layers of caramel, oak, and subtle spice. Bottled at 90 proof, it brings depth without losing its smooth, approachable character. Whether you’re pouring it neat, over a large cube, or building your go-to cocktail, this is a bottle that earns its spot on the shelf.
Available for distillery pickup starting April 25th.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, light spice
Palate: Sweet corn, toffee, caramel, hint of maple
Finish: Warm, smooth, lingering oak and vanilla
