Straight Rye Whiskey

Downslope’s rye whiskey is made from an 51% malted rye 49% malted barley. Malted rye gives heavy rye spice complimented by barley sweetness. Look for gingerbread, cinnamon and a thick mouthfeel to smooth out the alcohol.
