Our signature agave spirit is aged for over 1 year in used whiskey casks. Only slightly reminiscent of our Blanco, with enhanced notes of oak, vanilla, and coconut. This agave spirit still has the earthiness of agave but drinks more like a whiskey.
Tasting Notes
Color: Amber
Aroma: Mellow and light agave with hints of vanilla, coconut, and honey.
Taste: Very smooth and slight sweetness at first taste with a lot of oak wood, vanilla, and coconut.
Finish: Complex fruit and wood undertones with lingering oak and coconut flavor
