Escape uninteresting mass-produced Bourbon with a bottle of true Colorado small-batch, single-barrel Bourbon from Downslope Distilling. Our first batch of single-barrel Bourbon was released on 11/26/21. The mash bill consists of 60% corn, 10% rye, and 30% barley. This double malt bourbon is lautered from the grain and double copper pot distilled in our custom-made double diamond pot still. A narrow middle cut was taken and was laid to rest in a new charred American oak barrel. Boasting loads of oak and maple sweetness with notes of toasted almonds, sweet corn, and a spicy rye finish. This Bourbon is truly one of a kind, with less than 300 bottles set to be available for this distillery-only release.
